Welcome to Bites. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bites mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Clinton St, Inc.

By downloading, accessing, or using Bites, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

Bites is rated 4+ and suitable for all ages. No account or sign-in is required.

2. Description of the Service

Bites is an iOS application that helps users pick menu items at fast-casual chain restaurants that fit a nutrition goal. Users can:

• Choose a goal: Cut, Maintain, or Bulk
• Browse 110+ chain restaurants and ~27,000 menu items
• See items ranked by a fit score against their active goal
• View full nutrition breakdowns for any item

Bites is not a medical or dietary service and is not a substitute for professional nutritional advice.

3. No Account Required

Bites does not require account creation, sign-in, or any personal information to use.

4. Nutrition Data

Menu item nutrition data is sourced from publicly available restaurant information and bundled directly in the app. While we strive for accuracy, nutrition values may change as restaurants update their menus. Clinton St, Inc. makes no warranty that the data is current, complete, or error-free.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the application
• Redistribute the bundled data outside of normal app usage

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the Service, including software, design, branding, and content, is owned by Clinton St, Inc. or its licensors. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clinton St, Inc. shall not be liable for any health outcomes, dietary decisions, or indirect damages resulting from use of the Service. Nutrition data is provided for informational purposes only. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. The company does not guarantee that nutrition data is accurate, current, or complete.

9. Changes to Terms

The company may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
